Exciting Times! Food Festivals ahead...

Can't believe August is nearly over! This month we completed a Wedding cake with a twist! the cake was a pretty in blue classic cake on one side, however at the back it reviled its superhero side! We love something different here at Broomfield and Baverstock Bakes... Can't wait until the next challenge!

Wellington Market is on next week (Sat 2nd Sept, 10 - 4) We will be alongside the marvelous Wellington Food Festival. You will be in for a day of feasting and beautiful temptation from a wide variety of homemade goodies being sold by local suppliers. Cannot wait to be part of this exciting day... selling all the classics, along with some exciting new products... triple Decker Salted Caramel Cider Cake is just one of the showcase cakes that will be on offer. Watch this space... plenty more treats on their way!

That's not it! the following Sunday we will be at 10 Parishes Street Fair and Carnival taking place at Wiveliscombe (Sun 10th September, 10-4). This will be a celebration of visual and performing art and the whole street is filled with beautiful stalls, as well as food (and cake!) Come along for a great day out...
